Webinar on the Draft Bill on the Modernisation of German Arbitration Law In a two-hour webinar, the DIS discussed yesterday with its members and the international arbitration community the Draft Bill of the Federal Ministry of Justice for the Modernization of Arbitration Law (available here: https://lnkd.in/eX-z4HQu; reading version available here: https://lnkd.in/enJBCwbf). The DIS had previously asked its members and the broader community what they thought of the proposed provisions. Interestingly, the topics discussed differed significantly from those discussed last Thursday in the German-language webinar on the Draft Bill. The DIS will prepare its statement on the Draft Bill against the background of these discussions. We would like to thank everyone who took part in the webinar and contributed actively.
