“Man is by nature a social animal.” – Aristotle, (Politics) …… No matter where we are on our journey, we all need a support network (or others) in our lives, but who we have is important. There are four main character types which are necessary for growth, but that it is important to have them in the right balance. #SocialAnimal #SupportNetwork #PersonalGrowth #TrueStrength #PowerOfOthers #CharacterDevelopment #LifeBalance #GrowthMindset #SelfImprovement #ChallengeAndSupport #HealthyRelationships #CoachingAndConfronting #EmotionalSupport #GenuineConnection #PushYourLimits #LifeJourney #BalancedSupport #LeadershipAndGrowth #InnerStrength #SelfAwareness #LifeSatisfaction https://lnkd.in/gH9cRx3c

📌How many of these stories exist? Too many. Justify was created because we saw a need and knew, with our team’s firsthand experiences in the animal research industry, we could be the ones to help. Like any mission-driven organization, this work is made possible by those who believe in the cause and want to see positive change take place for humans and animals alike. Will you help Justify help others share their stories, heal their hearts, and advocate for scientific progress without human or animal suffering? 🐀💚 https://lnkd.in/gJzHMwjV #GivingTuesday

One of my goals this year is to have more meaningful convos with friends. Here are 3 questions I’ve asked… 1️⃣Who would you have dinner with if you could have dinner with one person(dead or alive), and why? 2️⃣If you could be any animal, what animal would you be and why? 3️⃣Just, ask MORE WHY & have fun with the questions! If you wanna steal more of my questions or just wanna chat, feel free to dm me:) #conversationsthatmatter #questionsworthasking #fun #teens #life

One of the ingredients for psychological safety in teams is to get to know each other at a deeper level - who we are in our professional roles. Today one of the teams I’m working with explored this with the help of my bag of toy animals. They discussed why they identify with their chosen animal, what would help their animal feel safer in the team, how can they help their animal get there and how can everyone else help. A fun way to explore a subject matter that can be challenging and requires a fair bit of guts. Though the real developments now happen in their everyday work, it’s amazing to see how far a team can travel in a short space of time. I wonder what animal you identify with in your team? #psychologicalsafety #teamdevelopment #workshop
