What traits make a good leader? When I think about leadership, values like empathy, mindfulness, mutual understanding, flexibility, and compassion come to my mind. Humility
Ethics. Without ethics, everything else is window dressing.
Or the ability to self-reflect and the ability to create a psychologically safe environment. Nothing else matters.

2yThis is such a compelling infographic, Johnny; however, I would be sure to add courage. Courage by design within a leader has the potential to drive productivity and engagement within their organization, as they are not afraid to take risks or think outside the box when approached with an issue.
