Team Improvement, A team that is not moving forward does not reach the goal efficiently.
Humility
Ethics. Without ethics, everything else is window dressing.
Or the ability to self-reflect and the ability to create a psychologically safe environment. Nothing else matters.

Inclusive, comprehensive, unbiased, nurturing, on-purpose - the list goes on....
Transparency
All SOFT SKILLS !...and think about it, they are transferable skills! 2yThis is such a compelling infographic, Johnny; however, I would be sure to add courage. Courage by design within a leader has the potential to drive productivity and engagement within their organization, as they are not afraid to take risks or think outside the box when approached with an issue. Courage is an essential tenant of any leadership approach. Do you have any other pieces addressing the modern leader?
