The Florida Center for Nursing has published the "2023 NCLEX Report" - https://lnkd.in/e2TNEW-v One of the key findings of the report: Florida’s 2023 NCLEX-RN pass rate was 76.75%, below the national average of 88.56%. Florida’s NCLEX-RN pass rates ranked 52 of 55 jurisdictions.

Very exciting indeed - an important part of the story, not to be missed, is hearing an #intentionalrounding leading practice from the #CHRO - visiting the frontline teams. UMMS has prioritized becoming an #HRO for their system and this is one great example of how that filters down into action.
