So much to unpack in this 4-minute clip. If you have a seat at the leadership table, I highly recommend you watch this. • Unless consistently proven otherwise, we should operate with the assumption that people are doing the best they can with the circumstances they have. 🤝 • Bad leadership does not always equate to incompetence. There is pressure on them that may not be comprehendible. Incentive structures might be flawed. The way they learned how to lead may be culturally different from our "ideal" leadership. 🌍 • Be careful with the narratives we label people. Words matter. As leaders, if someone wants to form a narrative about our own employees, we should defend and protect our team members. 🛡️ • Lead with more questions. The more questions you ask, the more data you get, the more you know how to lead with empathy. ❤️ #Leadership #Empathy

A totally mobile procedure-simple but powerful I’m sure you’ve encountered the situation where you’d love to have the procedure handy, without the need to carry a bulky document. Look no further.
