12 Rules of Closing Sales 1. Push for the no 2. Tackle all the reasons why they wouldn't close from the start 3. Let them know you want a yes or no at the end of the call 4. Don't be attached to the results but be attached to your process 5. Call out the elephants in the room 6. Don't attempt to close until you find a deep pain or a deep desire 7. Ask question like a medical doctor 8. Disqualify prospects 9. Hold the frame 10. Give them other options 11. Be the one asking all the questions 12.
