🤔 "We can see the roof clearly from the ground, we don't need a drone survey" 🗣 We have heard this comment repeately. During a survey this week we added some extra value for a client by conducting an external drone survey. We surprised ourselves finding several faults on their roof, even after a roofer had visited to complete work. Missing, slipped and cracked tiles all missed from ground level and in sight a few meters away! Just 10m elevation via drone showed a very different picture and more favorable angle for review. All our images were reviewed in detail and tagged up in our report and passed to client for review. 📷 Debunked then? Even ground floor properties can benefit from an aerial drone inspection. #droneroofinspection #droneroofsurvey
