Developing a revamp for a classic sweet shop is a challenge in itself. A staple of the community in the Black Country, Teddy Grays has been selling everything confectionary - from sweets to ice creams - for over 5 generations since 1826 🍬 How do you reflect a modern change in a brand that hasn't looked different in nearly 200 years? Subtlety. Simplicity. Tiny changes that make a huge impact. You don't want to completely re-design the identity. It takes away everything that made it special and disrupts the nostalgic experience of loyal customers.
