❗️This is how I made my client 4.250.000,-Kč ❗️ I initially approached the owner to see if he needed help selling his apartment. After our meeting, we agreed to work together. He had tried selling it before through another real estate agency, but without success. We set the price at 4,450,000 CZK, with the plan to lower it if there was no interest. After signing the agreement, my colleague took photos of the apartment, and we immediately posted the listing 📸. The apartment is quite unique – it has 93 m² and a 1-bedroom layout, which isn’t very common. The first three weeks passed without any interest, so we reduced the price to 4,250,000 CZK. The owner mentioned that the apartment could be converted into a 3-bedroom unit, so we updated the listing to attract more buyers. After adjusting the description and price 📝, we started receiving inquiries, but still no reservations. We advertised throughout July and August, but interest in housing is usually low during the summer. Things finally picked up in September – in the second week, we received inquiries from seven potential buyers, all responding to the 2-bedroom ad. After a viewing, one interested buyer reached out to me that evening to reserve the apartment ✍️. We then worked with the owner on the necessary renovations and signed the reservation agreement 🗝️.
