This is how we've helped our plastic surgery clients grow their medical practice using Meta and Instagram ads. A quick caveat, these results fluctuate between month to month, season to season, even quarter to quarter. Especially now during election season, results are really going to differ compared to a non election times. While the strategies I'm about to share on this video here with you today may sound very simple, keep in mind it varies per client, it varies per business, and they've really been a cheat code. When it comes to generating profitable results for our clients, so let's jump right in. The first part is strategizing on the type of content we want our clients to create. Nothing fancy here. Usually, we try to aim for five to 10 videos that are between the 30 seconds to 90 seconds long. The continent side of the video itself is going to differ depending on the procedure that we're focused on. If we're talking about a facelift, a tummy tuck, liposuction, breast augmentation, etcetera, we want to make sure that we tackle peacable subjectives. That we have, that we're answering their questions, we're providing information. So we create a list of different types of questions and content that we can provide our client so they can start recording. And we then get that so we can edit it and use it as best see fit. The objective here is threefold. We want to 1st build trust, Second, we want to educate, and 3rd, we want to convert. So every video is going to have a very unique objective. Keep in mind that the viewer at the other side of the camera is someone that is interested doesn't have the type of knowledge. You already have and really wants to learn more about what you have to offer, which is why we want to make sure that we target the right person at the right time. We get to target them based on their search history, their interest, and really the algorithm itself takes care of most of that. So all we have to do really is feed it or give it the right type of content so it gets to target automatically that ideal demographic. And here's the thing, you want your videos to be in front of them everywhere, meaning you want to choose one to two platforms. I personally see Facebook and Instagram perform best where we can target them via the Explorer page, their Facebook feed, Instagram feed, their stories video feed, et cetera. And yes, I still get this question a lot, but Meta is still a very profitable platform and generating more appointments and leads, in other words, generating good results. Now that we have all this video content laid out and we start distributing it, we don't necessarily want to have a specific call to action, meaning our main objective is to get people to. Engage with the content itself. It's not to drive website traffic, get them to a lead form. We want to make sure that we pre qualify that person before they actually sign up for anything at all. And we do that on the creative. A lot of these campaigns are very easy to build up engagement because you get to pay a fraction of a penny per view per engagement per se. And this allows you to capture a lot of data that you can then leverage as retargeting for your next campaigns. So there's really no rush here when it comes to. Framing and prequalifying that person, it's better to make sure that you got the right, the right type of person that you can then retarget so they can take that desired action. It's just better practice when you get the opportunity to pre qualify someone to make sure that they're truly interested, that they're a good fit and want to learn more about what you have to offer. The next step here is to get your conversion campaigns ready so you can start capturing more leads. And we want to have two different types of campaigns here, even though you still want to warm up your audience. Build that rapport, build that trust you with retargeting campaigns. You also want to have your direct response ads so you can compare the two and see which one performs best. We've seen success with both of them. We love to run them simultaneously. So while retargeting ads do have their place and time, we also want to make sure that we're going direct to market for people that are ready to buy right then and there. Of course, people that are properly framed and have that previous education, that knowledge about your services are easier to close. Meaning there's less buying resistance when it comes to having them call your office and schedule consultation, resulting in higher quality leads. For those people that are not just quite ready to buy just yet. I do recommend adding them to a drip sequence where you can continuously follow up with them. Nurture, provide education. So in the long run, you actually bring someone that is interested and can turn into a conversion. One thing I love about this strategy is the amount of inbound traffic that you're going to get indirectly meaning you're going to have. People that will consume your content and decide to go to your website by themselves, right? They're going to call your office, they're going to send you a DM maybe with a question or maybe just wanting to book directly, right? So there are a few additional actions that happen second handed that turn into additional consultations that are not going to show in the back end where you track and measure everything, but are great benefits to see. And the best part of all of this is that this strategy works. We do this with all of our clients. They see amazing success. And of course, it varies per surgeon, it varies per medical practice, but if you're still looking for ways to improve your lead quality and your lead flow, I definitely recommend to give this one a try.
