Curious if anyone in my network has given the 4 day work week a shot. If so, how did it or how is it working out? It’s definitely not a one size fits all, but it’s a trend that has been taking off for several companies and I see he benefits. #teamengagement #employeeengagement #4dayworkweek

I think there are definite benefits to the 4-day work week. And, like the article mentions, people are willing to work longer hours the 4 working days in order to still meet goals/metrics/etc. For companies that aren't open to the idea of a fully fledged 4-day work week, or employees who operate better with a 5-day work week, the "Soft Friday" is a great alternative. Interesting article!
