And I think we often forget that it's not the other person, because we were. We want to fix that other person or tell them right, or stop them. And it's really what we do with it, right? Yeah. OK. You've just thrown out my way. How do I want to deal with it? How do I want to respond to it? Because now it's my turn and I get to craft. The next step. Because if I just give it back, then I don't get the luxury of crafting it. Yeah, it it's empowering because you're taking the power back and people will remember that you were that person. We've all been thrown into a storm lately. And true leadership is about those people that calmly and strongly led us through difficulty. Over time, people will remember how you made them feel, how you handled the pressure.

Here's the fundamental problem with leadership: The people who want it the most often have the wrong motives and intentions. The people with the best motives and intentions often don't have the desire to lead. I believe this shapes so much of what we see in the corporate world. #leadership #culture #motivation #problem
