I asked AI for job recommendations based on my strengths of Input, Connectedness, Learner, Responsibility and Belief. Do you know of anyone hiring for these positions?? Here are some job recommendations that align with the values you mentioned: Human Resources Specialist - Focuses on employee engagement, training, and development. Allows for input, connectedness, and responsibility. Instructional Designer - Creates educational content and programs. Emphasizes learning and development. Project Manager - Coordinates teams and resources. Involves high levels of responsibility, input, and connectedness. Social Worker - Helps connect people to resources and support services. Emphasizes empowerment and belief in client potential. Nonprofit Program Manager - Plans and executes programs that create positive change. Combines input, learning, and a sense of purpose. Community Organizer - Mobilizes people around shared goals. Fosters connectedness and a sense of collective responsibility. The key is finding roles that allow you to leverage your values of input, connectedness, learning, responsibility and belief in your work. Roles in education, human services, community development, or project management may be a good fit.

I would transition into a remote role in EdTech, recruiting, learning design, or customer success TODAY, if someone considered me for it. However, it's the whole "paying someone else to redo my resume to help me transition out of teaching" thing, that is financially impossible nor feasible for me right now, and it may never be. Teachers everywhere feel truly trapped in a downward spiral of a profession. Unless we pay someone to help get us out. Anyone else feel this way? Have you been holding out on making the transition because of the cost? #transitioningteachers #edTech #edexit #guilt #teacherguilt #teachertransition #edtechjobs #hirehighered #higheredexit #formerteacher #edskip #educator #elementaryteacher

It's been a while since I last posted here, and a lot has happened since then. As someone in the early stages of my career, I've definitely felt overwhelmed trying to balance work and life. A few months back, I shared about taking a virtual assistant program with ALX and how I successfully overcame the challenges to graduate. While the program focused on administrative and executive VA roles, it also introduced us to various niches, encouraging us to explore and find what aligns with our interests. I started as an administrative assistant while researching different niches that matched my passions. One day, during a repetitive task as an admin VA, it hit me: What if there’s a way to automate this process and reduce the need for manual repetition? With my background in teaching and a desire to make learning fun, easy to navigate, and accessible, I dove into exploring automation. After discovering several niches, I chose to become an Automation Specialist. This role gives me the opportunity to contribute to the development of learning experiences, ensuring they are effective and serve their purpose, even if I’m not the course creator. Since then, I’ve been using free resources to learn no-code automation tools and LMS platforms, practicing and honing my skills along the way. Here’s to finding balance and constantly evolving. What are you currently learning or working on? Let’s grow together! #CareerJourney #EdtechAutomation #ContinuousLearning #BalanceInLife

Check out this L&D role w/ Axonify in Waterloo/Toronto! 👀 A few things to know ... ✅ This is a hybrid role. You must be able to work from the Waterloo and/or Toronto office as needed. ✅ I'm not the hiring manager. You'll probably have to deal with me now and then, but I'm not on your team. ✅ Bring a passion for helping frontline workers. This is an internal role, but you'll be enabling the people who enable our frontline-forward mission. ✅ I won't make you read my book. It could be helpful ... you know ... from a mindset and alignment perspective, but it's not required. ✅ I'm happy to answer basic questions via DM. I can't pass everyone's info to the hiring team or make introductions. #Learning #Training #Hiring #Jobs #HR

🔖 According to a recent workplace learning report, helping employees develop their careers has shot up to the top five priorities for Learning & Development leads. With AI reshaping the skills we need today, creating a culture of learning is key to retaining staff and supporting skill development. A culture of learning integrates learning into the flow of work—from podcasts on the morning commute to 'how-to' videos and peer-to-peer knowledge sharing—it recognises the organic way in which we learn and develop our careers. Leaders and managers can start creating a vibrant learning culture by: 🎯 Leading by example: e.g. in team meetings, share what you learned, whether it’s insight from a webinar or something new from a client chat. Show that learning is lifelong and valued. 🎯 Encourage Curiosity: admitting you don’t have all the answers is okay. Ask your team, "What opportunities have we yet to explore?" You’ll spark creativity and promote a growth mindset. 🎯 Continuous feedback: having open dialogue where feedback is welcomed and frequent helps everyone stay aware and focused on their personal development. How are you fostering learning in your workspace to ensure your team feels prepared and excited for the future? As always, I’m rooting for you. 🌟 --------------------- Hi, I'm Arit! I work with high-potential talent to build careers they enjoy in businesses that value their people. If you’re a CEO or people leader who values their people, let’s collaborate. Send me a DM or book an appointment.

Hi everyone! Let me finally introduce myself 😊 I am a passionate Learning and Development specialist with a background in secondary education. Since qualifying as a secondary school teacher in 2019, I have transitioned into Learning and Development roles in business settings. In these roles, I have honed my skills in employee onboarding, project management, and data analytics to measure engagement and impact. I have a knack for identifying inefficiencies and streamlining task management, developing cost-effective solutions for internal processes and procedures, and creating effective CRMs. My journey has been driven by a commitment to continuous improvement and delivering measurable results. There’s a bit of a story behind why it has taken me so long to introduce myself which I will share in another post. #CareerDevelopment #ProfessionalGrowth #Growth #WomenInBusiness #DomesticAbuseSurvivor #SupportSurvivors #EndDomesticViolence #Empowerment #Introduction #NewBeginnings #LinkedIn #LearningAndDevelopment
