Valeo at the ADAS & Autonomous Vehicle Technology Expo 2024 in Stuttgart - part 2️⃣ ! This afternoon, Ahmed Yousif, expert for system simulation and HIL team leader at Valeo in Germany, was on stage with his topic "Unlocking the future: harnessing the power of digital twins". In his presentation, he focussed on the transformative potential of digital twins driven by advanced simulation technologies. Digital twins - virtual replicas of physical objects or systems - have become a game changer in various industries. He explored how we can use simulation to create highly accurate and dynamic digital twins that provide real-time insights into product performance, predictive maintenance and design optimisation. By bridging the gap between the physical and digital worlds, digital twins enable informed decision making, lower costs and greater efficiency. Participants gained a clear understanding of what digital twins are and how they connect the physical and digital worlds. They also learnt how advanced simulation technologies are used to create and update dynamic digital twins in real time. They also understood how digital twins provide data-driven insights that enable informed decision-making, cost reduction and operational efficiency.
