Have you ever had an experience that was so bad that you swore you would never work with that company again? When I was a teenager I remember my dad had that experience with AT&T. It was bad enough that he has never gone back. We've been T-Mobile customers going on 2 decades. While this is harder to do in healthcare, I have had enough experiences to know when I am going to limit my exposure to certain medical groups, physicians or types of care where and when I DO have a choice to do so. In the worst case scenario in this study from the XM Institute, almost 2/3 of consumers cut spending at a fast food restaurant after a poor experience. (Admittedly easier to do). In healthcare and public utilities where it is harder the dip is only to 48% and 37% respectively. What does your company do to create peak moments and cover up/remedy the pit moments? As I reflect on the past 11 months in the mobile health unit industry, I’ve had the privilege of consulting with healthcare providers and their teams across the nation about the needs, wants, and challenges in bringing healthcare directly to the people. From those just entering the field to seasoned professionals, the journey has been very enlightening. Here’s a quick recap of the key insights: Simplicity is best. -The more straightforward the solution, the better it performs in real-world scenarios. Serviceability is paramount. -Ensuring our vehicles are easy to maintain keeps them on the road and serving those in need. Drive-ability is crucial. -Our solutions must be user-friendly and adaptable for various driving conditions, locations & driver experience levels.
