To all startup founders , it's easy to get caught up in chasing big goals and milestones. But today, I want all of us to celebrate the small victories that often go unnoticed—the first recognition for our brand, our initial revenue (no matter how modest), the signing of our first employee certificate, launching our first live website, and more. These moments are not just milestones; they are cherished memories that remind us of our journey and the responsibilities we've taken on. Let's take a moment to celebrate these achievements and then get back to the exciting work ahead. #StartupLife #smallMilestones #CelebrateSmallSuccess

🔥Hot take: Early-stage founders have one superpower and don't realise it: Nobody cares about their startup. That's a good thing. Nobody is waiting for them to release their first version. Nobody in their industry is wondering 'mm, is there an agile new team trying to tackle this problem?' Nobody is asking if their logo fits their brand values. If you fail, nobody cares, because nobody cared in the first place. This should relieve some stress.

One of the top reasons startups fail is due to internal team conflict, not market competition 🚀. A key lesson to take away from this is the importance of fostering a positive and collaborative team culture. To prevent conflict from derailing your startup, consider: - Communicating openly and transparently. - Setting clear goals and expectations. - Resolving conflicts promptly and constructively 🌟. How do you handle team conflict within your startup? Share your strategies below to learn from each other's experiences 💬. #StartupFailure #TeamConflict #CollaborativeCulture

Did you know that 92% of Gen Z startups start as a side hustle? We all know that navigating the startup world can be super challenging, especially when you're trying to do things against the norms. I've been thinking a lot about this and how much stick Gen Z get. Why not change that? Meeting other founders that you can genuinely relate with seems unrealistic at the best of times. But, imagine a community where you are surrounded by people who you CAN relate with. Where you support one another, share successes, brainstorm ideas and talk through challenges —together. If this resonates with you, send me a message. Let's get a coffee chat in the calendar! ☕

Meet the Team at CreaxOS 🚀 In the last 3 months, we’ve gone from 3 to 8 team members. Just like that! But with rapid growth comes new challenges. One of the biggest? Keeping everyone in sync, especially as we’ve had to subdivide into smaller teams. In an early-stage startup, this lack of alignment can be catastrophic. To counter this, we started a daily team huddle. But here’s the twist: These aren’t formal meetings. Work is not the primary agenda—team building is. Each day, we take time to connect, communicate, and build trust as a team. Early signs? It’s made all the difference. How do you keep your team aligned during growth? 🚀 #buildinginpublic #startup #teambuilding #CreatorOS

Can you trust someone blindly and not get betrayed? As a founder, I often ask myself this question. And every time, my team reminds me of the answer: Yes! Last night’s Christmas meet was a perfect example. It started with goal-setting and serious discussions about Stackwall’s future but soon became a laughter-filled bonding session. From sharing weird stories to cracking jokes (mostly on me, because why not?), it was a night to remember. Being a founder isn’t always easy, but moments like these make it worth it. In a startup, everyone carries impressive titles—CEO, CTO, Founder’s Office, Product Developer. However, deep down, we’re all just a group of dreamers, trusting each other blindly to build something amazing. And that’s the beauty of it! We may not have all the answers, but we’re figuring it out together. #startups #stackwalls
