Planning Christmas activities for both staff and the community can take a lot of work alongside day to day business tasks. We started planning a month ago! How do you juggle finding time to prepare for Christmas and ensuring day to day business continues as normal? and the big question is, is it ever too early to start? 🎄 As a big Christmas fan, my answer is no, it’s never too early! But between Christmas social media content, client messages, staff Christmas parties, community/charity support and more… time can escape you very quickly! We like to make sure we have a team involved, rather than it being one person’s responsibility so we can achieve more in a shorter space of time and it remains manageable! P.S Can you spot what they are making? 👀

While (almost!) everyone is aware that people are different and that most seasoned professionals are trained in different personality styles, what is less obvious to grasp are our different motivational styles. In fact, the motivational core - what gives a person energy and drives them forward - is not the same for everyone. Some clever thematic pricing, that's also appetizing for "value oriented" customers - (like me)😋. One commenter even suggested nickel ($0.05) pricing to represent the original IRT fare maintained for over 50 years.(!) The cobranded wrapper with route strip to Zabar's destination is also nicely done in period appropriate graphics & font. BTW After seeing this add, I will be rerouting my commute to make the most of it ; - )

As a member of management, I recognize that behind every great company, there must be a great team and we at Jack Jaffa & Associates are truly blessed with a great team. 🏆 And while the day-to-day gets busy, and we may forget to say thank you or show our appreciation on the daily🙈, throughout the year, we try to show our appreciation. That's not saying, of course, that these should replace the ongoing thank yous.
