This picture represents THE WHY of my new project (its nature) and what I want to achieve with it. Take your own deductions (and please do a deep DRILL-DOWN as you were about to lose a key talent for your company with the consequences in terms of productivity, income and competitiveness). How do you feel when you see this picture? What is the first thought that comes to your mind when you see this picture? Christmas day by the way. This is NOT a nasty suburb in the middle of nowhere. What do I want to achieve with my project? IMPACT, REFLECTION. About what? You do really know. What do you think underlies this image? DRILL-DOWN, please. This is what we are "building" or "destroying" depending on your point of view. But I would bet 1K bucks now for the fact that next year there won't be a light there. It would be a clear effect or side-effect of...should we fight to avoid it to be vanished? We have an entire 2025 ahead. Happy new year 2025 (full of humanization (if possible)). Christmas Day. It was taken by me at 7:55 A.M.

In mid-December, I was having a conversation with a friend about life and how work was going. We were discussing the challenges we face, and she mentioned how it often feels like “Salary se kuch nahi hota hai, it’s always too little.” Honestly, at some point, I’ve said this too. At some stage, we all feel like we’re not earning enough, especially when the pressures of life and the cost of living seem never ending. But here’s what I realized. Complaining about what we don’t have only brings negativity into our lives. It doesn’t help us move forward or make things better. With my salary, I’ve managed to do things that matter to me. I’ve completed two courses, bought gifts for my parents and loved ones, and even started saving for the future. And when I look at what I’ve achieved, I feel good about the progress I’ve made with what I have. Life can be tough, and some days are harder than others. But I’ve learned that constantly focusing on what we don’t have or complaining about it only holds us back. It’s the small steps we take every day that really make a difference. As we have head into 2025, I’ve made a decision to stop dwelling on what I don’t have. I want to keep moving forward, step by step, with what I do have.

Back to Building The holidays are over, and it’s time to shift gears. For me, the start of January isn’t about resolutions - it’s about momentum. It’s about taking the ideas, plans, and lessons from the past year and turning them into action. This year, I’m focusing on: ✔️ Consistency over perfection ✔️ Systems that create freedom ✔️ Building on what’s already working No big speeches, just small steps with a clear direction. What’s your focus for January? Let’s make it a great start!

Since I started my blog, I've been doing a review at the end of each year to see which of my self-imposed goals I've achieved. In 2024, I achieved 7/13 goals, so not the perfect year, but that doesn't matter, goals are there to be achieved, goals in life are important to move forward, if I hadn't achieved anything, something would go wrong. I have also set myself new goals for 2025. On the one hand, goals that I didn't achieve last year, and on the other, new goals. I wish everyone a good start to the new year 2025! https://lnkd.in/eX8QWuQh

As the year comes to a close, take some time to answer these self-reflection questions: ◾ What did you do this year that you’d never done before? ◾ What was your biggest achievement of the year? ◾ What was your biggest failure? ◾ Where did most of your money go? ◾ What do you wish you’d done more of? ◾ What do you wish you’d done less of? ◾ What would you like to do differently next year? No matter what your answers are, every experience, good or bad, has shaped you into who you are today. So, as you look back, don’t forget to look ahead too. What’s your biggest hope for the year to come? Here’s to a year well-lived and an even brighter one ahead. 🥂✨ Happy Holidays!

Weekends are for relaxing, they said. It'll be fun, they said. Well, my weekend is shaping up to be an epic tale of recovery, culture, finance, the arts, academia, and... more academia. 😅 First up, I'm kicking things off with a classic 'recover from sickness' - because nothing says 'weekend' like a good health comeback story. Then, it's time to dive into the vibrant celebrations of Ganesh Chaturthi, because who needs rest when you can have festivity? Next, I'm playing the role of Financial Advisor, helping my daughter open her first bank account. I'll be sure to throw in a free lecture on the importance of saving - it's never too early for financial literacy! Then, it's off to the theater, where my other daughter will be the star of the show. I'll be the one cheering the loudest, partly out of pride, partly to stay awake. And just when you think it's time to kick back, it's actually time to hit the books for a Midterm test. Followed by, you guessed it, taking the Midterm test. Because who doesn't love a good exam to spice up their weekend? But wait, there's more! I'll also be wrapping up those Marketing class prerequisites and digesting today's Operations class. And if time permits, maybe, just maybe, I'll work on that assignment. So here's to the weekend warriors, the multitaskers, and the perpetually busy. May your coffee be strong, your wifi be stable, and your to-do list be... well, let's not look at that right now. 😂📚🎭💼🎉 #WeekendHustle #LifeOfAStudentParent #GaneshChaturthi #FamilyFinance #TheShowMustGoOn #StudyHard #Midterms #Marketing101 #OperationsManagement #NoRestForTheDriven
