As an Subject Matter Expert at Straive, I’ve been logging into the Straive portal consistently for 5-6 hours a day, but I’m not receiving any question flow — zero questions for days. What’s more frustrating is that despite my multiple emails explaining the situation, the issue hasn’t been addressed. To top it off, I’ve now received an email warning that my account might be revoked due to "inactivity." How is it considered inactivity when I’m showing up every day, ready to work? 😤 There seems to be a significant gap in communication with employees on this matter.
