Usually my #occupationalhealth assessments will include exploring #substanceuse, alcohol and drugs. It is rare for employees to disclose drug use/misuse and much more common for high alcohol consumption or misuse to be reported. Equally common is the employee expressing a desire to change. 𝐖𝐞 𝐓𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐋𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐲. 𝐘𝐞𝐭 𝐰𝐞 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞. After weeks of deliberations, it gives me great pleasure to announce the launch of our 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐮𝐦 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐦𝐞. And Trust me, it is a total game-changer. 𝐇𝐞𝐫𝐞'𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐜𝐨𝐨𝐩: → Commission reduced to 8% → On our way to 0% Commission. → Yes Madam is still a Profitable Entity. In an industry where high commissions are the norm, we’re flipping the script. We want our Service Professionals to earn more, work flexibly, and lead better lives. Charging only 8% commission is the first step we have taken towards a larger Goal. But wait, there’s more! Our ultimate goal? That is Charging 0% commission from our Service Professionals. Yess, zero percent! 𝐒𝐨, 𝐡𝐨𝐰 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐰𝐞 𝐦𝐚𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐡𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐞𝐧? 🔶𝐈𝐧𝐧𝐨𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 & 𝐄𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐲: We use cutting-edge tech to make everything smoother. 🔶𝐂𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐫 𝐋𝐨𝐲𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐲: Building strong, lasting relationships with you, our amazing customers. 🔶𝐒𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐏𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐬: Ensuring our business model supports long-term growth and profitability. The Power of Networking: Building Something Bigger Than Ourselves I’ll be honest, I have no idea what it means to be a Recruiting Director. Every day, I’m figuring it out as I go. But what’s been incredible is that as I have these conversations, I’m realizing they’re as much about learning as they are about recruiting. That’s the beauty of networking and community. I’m talking to people who not only share our vision for QRFup but also had similar ideas themselves. The difference is, now we’re putting these ideas into action, and when we present this to others, they immediately see the value and are eager to help in any way they can. It’s inspiring to see how quickly people are willing to jump on board and contribute to something they believe will change everything when it comes to mental health support for veterans and first responders, both in crisis and in aftercare. This experience has shown me that there’s real strength in numbers. None of us can do it alone. We all need help at different stages of our journey, whether we’re starting out, scaling up, or just trying to sustain our efforts. Networking has been the key to turning these conversations into actions. It’s about more than just making connections; it’s about building a community that supports, uplifts, and drives each other forward.
