A friend asked me if hiring a QA early is really necessary for their remote tech team. My answer? - Absolutely! If you’re truly concerned about quality, don’t leave testing solely to developers. Developers are amazing at building, but having a dedicated QA ensures a fresh perspective to break and perfect the product. Quality isn’t something you fix later. Bring in a QA early, and you’ll save yourself from sleepless nights, frustrated users, and messy launches. Trust me—it’s worth it!
