This could be interesting. I think it's beyond my single semester of employment law in law school, especially considering she was on a contract. Without reviewing that contract, it's impossible for me to accurately predict what will happen here. She's not an ordinary at-will employee, so my gut tells me the EEOC polices and procedures for filing a grievance are not in play for this case and perhaps this is a constitutional claim for sex based discrimination? I'd be curious to follow this and see what happens.

Justin Wright: I agree that it is hard to predict. With "X" funding the litigation, you don't know if Musk is doing it just to "mess with" Disney or actually expects a return. Any other "litigation financed" would give you some insight on the value of the litigation and potential outcome.
