As someone who’s been in the recruitment game for years, I’ve learned that one golden rule stands out: “If you don’t believe in what you’re selling, neither will the prospect.” I remember my first big sales pitch. I was selling a service that I just didn’t fully believe in. My confidence wavered, and the prospect could sense it. Needless to say, the deal didn’t go through. It was a tough lesson, but it taught me that believing in your product is key to connecting with your prospects. From that day on, I made sure to fully understand and stand by the services I offered.
