𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗔𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗕𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗱: 𝗣𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁 Creating a community around your brand isn’t just about followers; it’s about fostering genuine connections. Start by defining what your community stands for and why it exists. Is it a space for learning, sharing, or gaining exclusive access? 𝗞𝗻𝗼𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗽𝘂𝗿𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗽𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲. Next, meet your audience on the platforms where they spend the most time. Whether it’s Instagram, LinkedIn, Discord, or niche forums, being present and active where they are makes engagement natural. Engage authentically by sparking conversations, not just broadcasting messages. Ask questions, host live sessions, or encourage user-generated content. Recognize and celebrate your community members to make them feel valued. Highlight their stories, contributions, or feedback to reinforce that your community is about them, not just your brand. Communities thrive when there’s trust and genuine interaction. Building a community takes time, but the loyalty and organic growth that follow are worth the effort. #BrandLoyalty #CustomerEngagement #CommunityGrowth

My personal page on Instagram reached over 30,000 people in one month but here's the truth 😅 Those views? They weren’t from my community. Most came because I tagged brands, and their audiences counted as part of my reach when they reposted my stories. Here’s why this matters: High reach doesn’t equal high impact, and it certainly doesn’t mean I had more sales or clients this past month. The real win on social media isn’t in views - it’s in building a community. A loyal, engaged audience that trusts your brand and connects with your message will always outperform empty numbers. 👏 So whether your views are high or low, remember this: Focus on building meaningful connections, not just chasing reach. That’s what leads to sustainable growth and results. What’s your approach to building community in your strategy? 👀

Dive into your followers' conversations. What moves them? Use these insights to spark meaningful discussions. ⏰Consistency is Key: Show up regularly, not sporadically. Consistent engagement builds trust and keeps your community engaged. 💡Quality Content that Connects: Share stories, insights, and content that resonate on a personal level. It's about adding value, not just filling up their feed. 🎤Open the Floor: Encourage your followers to share their stories and opinions. Lily's post today talks about vanity metrics; and that numbers are just that. Numbers! 🔢 As an analytic, that hurts (🤣 offence not taken Lily!), but actually, she's absolutely right. Numbers ARE just numbers. 📈 It's the context behind them that matters. 😃 Read her post and you'll understand more why people rather than followers are the important metric. Without your tribe you're unlikely to prosper. So take the time to get to know your people; engage with them and build that community. That's what we do for our Clients, at Serviced. Talk to us about your marketing plans, and we'll help you build your community; in taking that next step in engaging with your people and boosting your tribe. But here's the real question. What metrics do YOU measure, and more importantly why?!

Why Chasing Followers Misses the Point: Build a Community Instead Here’s a truth bomb: Numbers are just numbers. It’s easy to get lost in the pursuit of followers, but what truly matters isn’t the size of your following, but the strength of your community. This isn’t just something I preach to my clients—it’s crucial for building a personal brand, too. Whether you’re growing a business or building your own presence, the principle remains the same. Here’s how to create a thriving community that goes beyond vanity metrics: 💘 Engage Authentically Forget the generic or AI responses. Dive deep into conversations, ask questions, and show real interest in your audience’s thoughts and experiences. Authentic engagement builds trust and strengthens bonds! 💘 Foster Two-Way Conversations Don’t just broadcast; listen actively. Encourage dialogue, respond thoughtfully, and create opportunities for your audience to interact with each other. It’s about creating a lively, interactive environment, not a one-way street. 💘 Celebrate Wins and Support Struggles Be there for the highs and the lows. Celebrate milestones, share successes, and offer support during challenging times. A strong community is built on mutual support and shared experiences. 💘 Be Consistent and Present Consistency breeds familiarity and trust. Regularly engage with your community and be present in their conversations. Your active presence shows that you genuinely care. It’s not about how many people follow you, but how many people truly connect with you. Start fostering genuine connections, and watch your community—and your brand—thrive. What’s one piece of advice you’d give someone looking to build a community from scratch? #CommunityBuilding #AuthenticEngagement #BrandCommunity

𝐈𝐟 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐟𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐧’𝐭 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐡 𝐨𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫, 𝐲𝐨𝐮’𝐫𝐞 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐛𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲. When I first embarked on my real estate journey, I was convinced that a large audience was the ultimate goal. I engaged frequently with my followers, yet something felt off. The interactions were mostly one-way, and growth seemed stagnant. The breakthrough came when I observed successful creators who were genuinely building communities. Inspired, I shifted my approach. I crafted spaces where my followers could interact, share experiences, and learn from each other. This experience taught me a crucial lesson about the power of a community. → 𝗔𝘂𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝘃𝘀.
