A Life-Changing Journey: From Doubt to Stage 🎤 What can I say? The past 14 months have truly been life-changing. It all started in September 2023, when I took the leap and joined the Rod Khleif mentorship program. I knew it was my time to level up, to do something bigger, and to start earning lifetime cash flow through real estate💰. This past weekend confirmed that I was in the right place. Dedication, belief, perseverance, gratitude, and a positive mindset truly have the power to transform your life. ✨ This past weekend, I had the incredible honor of speaking on stage at the Rod Khleif Multifamily Bootcamp in front of 800 amazing individuals. I was alongside some of the best industry professionals, discussing everything from capital raising, market targeting, and identifying strong assets, to sharing key lessons and "seminars" we’ve learned along the way. My journey into real estate began 20 years ago, when I started investing in single-family homes 🏠. But it wasn’t until November 2023 that I made my first significant leap into multifamily, investing in a 41-unit complex in North Carolina. Fast forward to today, and I’m proud to say I now own a portfolio of 400 multifamily and senior living units 🏘️, with another 66 units set to close in the next two weeks - and more to come. 🌟 Here’s what I’ve learned along the way: Don’t fear what you can’t do—fear what you’re not doing. Step outside your comfort zone and embrace the fear 😳. Get nervous about what's next, because that’s where the magic happens. This isn’t a dress rehearsal. You only have one life—make it count. As 2024 comes to a close, I’m taking a moment to reflect on the year’s challenges, achievements, and the growth that came along the way. This year brought significant milestones, both personally and professionally: •Professionally, I navigated an ever-changing real estate market, adapting to shifts and seizing opportunities where I could. •Personally, I accomplished two major goals: running my first half marathon and traveling to Europe, both of which pushed me out of my comfort zone in different ways. Each experience has reinforced my belief that success is built through perseverance, intentionality, and the support of those around us. Looking ahead to 2025, I’m setting my sights even higher: •I’m determined to acquire a multifamily property with 4+ units, expanding my portfolio and taking my investing to the next level. •I’ll continue to expand my knowledge in real estate investing and asset management, staying open to new opportunities and challenges that come my way.
