Good morning to all my Jacksonville friends and JWB clients and not your average investors. It's Greg Cohen here and I just wanted to give you an update here on the ground in Jacksonville. First of all, very thankful and blessed that all of our JWB team is safe, all of our residents are safe and our contractor base and all of our friends here in Jacksonville are safe. The storm came last night. It was very windy. Certainly share with you that the winds were were pretty strong. And but we're very thankful that the storm passed and that all of those in the extended JWB network are safe. You know, this starts number one by making sure that we're proactive and helping all of our residents and our contractors and everybody involved prepare ahead of the storm. That involves making sure that JWB is the number one priority as soon as the storm passes to make sure that things can get taken care of by our wonderful contractor base. And so that's where we are right now. We're in the process of assessing any damage that may be coming in. I'll tell you guys, it sounds like we have an elevated number of maintenance items. This seems like a. A bigger storm in terms of maintenance items, but I do want to let you know that overall, we are very thankful and blessed to be in the position that we are where everybody is safe. I'll continue to keep you updated as far as the maintenance items. And just so you know how JWB is conducting business at the moment, we've closed the office today to make sure that our our team, of course, is safe and we do not have power in the office as well. So we're working through that, but our team is working super, super hard. Make sure that your residents are taken care of right now. So we'll continue to keep you updated. All in all, I would say a storm that has probably going to have more maintenance items than we had for some of the other close calls that we've had in past years. But this is what we're prepared for guys. This is why you invest with a vertically integrated company. The entire team is working hard to make sure that we're taking care of your residents and and taking care of your properties right now. So I'll continue to keep you updated. Of course, I'll have more and more of an update for you as far as the maintenance impact, but our thoughts and our prayers are with those who are certainly more affected, mainly in the Big Bend area of Florida who took the brunt of the storm.
