Confidence & Community 🌟 I recently made the bold decision to take control of my career and make some impactful moves. One of those steps was joining #FemaleTechpreneur, attending the MK Innovates STEM Festival 2024, and becoming part of the #SquigglyCareers community. These amazing spaces are filled with women entrepreneurs at various stages of their journeys— all working towards what I believe is grabbing our careers by the throat. 🙌🏾💼 Confidence is something many of us struggle with, but it gets easier when we approach it with practical "dos and don'ts." Today's session with #FemaleTechpreneur, Bukky M. Babajide, Dr. Susan Izadkhasti, and my incredible career coach Dona Simpson was a powerful reminder that community, networks, and support systems are priceless. I’ll never forget asking Helen Tupper from #SquigglyCareers, "How do you overcome confidence struggles when everything else is in check?" And she reminded me—community is the free resource we can always tap into for cheer, wisdom, honest feedback, and that comforting reassurance that says, "I know exactly what you're going through."
