Sitting for more than 6 hours will lead to damage of spine, muscles and ultimately full health. Recently my physiotherapist came to me and had a conversation with me which I have narrated below Physiotherapist: - Hi how are you? HR: Hi, I am good and how are you doing. Any salary issues???? 😜 Physiotherapist: No not any salary issues, just came to submit my additional certificate of osteopathy. HR: Congratulations 💐, rest how's going on? Physiotherapist: Me too good but busy lately lots of patient visits. HR: Same here Physiotherapist: How come you are busy being sitting at one place ? HR: Yeah, Salary processing period , Audit Preparations, Interviews, Documentation etc, lots on my plate. Physiotherapist: hmm, mostly your job is desk job and sedentary lifestyle is not good, these days we are getting lots of patients with neck, shoulder back & wrist pain etc. Sitting for more than 6 hours will lead to damage of spine, muscles and ultimately full health. Timely care of your health should be taken. Avoid this before it’s too late by following just simple exercises. HR: Thank you so much for valuable advise. 😊 After this discussion I thought of taking real-time poll about health-related issues of back pain, shoulder stiffness, weight gain, obesity, fatigue, anxiety, depression etc and here’s the result based on few samples.
