It all depends on what type of B2B eCommerce business you are. Winning the basket and converting on PDP is not always the ideal journey. If you have the best price, product, service and relationship for that account they are going to buy whatever. B2B eCommerce needs to learn some lessons from SaaS and use PDP pages with messaging around values and service to win long term repeating business.
