Session 2B on "Beyond the Flush/ODF: Importance of FSSM & Its Significance" was chaired by Mr. Kabir Rajbhandari, Regional Coordinator, FANSA Regional Secretariat, and featured Dr. Snehalatha, Associate Professor, Administrative Staff College of India, as the key resource person. "Alternative Solutions for Urban FSM in Mountainous Cities" was explored by Mr. Passang Tshering, National Convenor, FANSA Bhutan. Mr. P. Venu, Secretary, Adarsh Colony RWA, Warangal, Telangana, spoke about the community-led approach to scheduled desludging: a case study of Adarsh Colony, Warangal, Telangana. Insights from the R4R (Rights for Rights) Project, with a focus on case studies from Panadura, Badulla, and Kandy, Sri Lanka, were shared by Mr. Indika Rajapaksha, Project Coordinator, FANSA Sri Lanka.
