Great companies are made-up of awesome people that are really just regular people that were given a chance to be great. I start off with the idea that everybody wants to do a good job and you just got to find a way to let them. And I also do believe that people are capable of a lot more than what we realize if we challenge them and encourage them. I've learned all that from watching other people that had great cultures and decided I really like that and I want to, I want to be like that. I think a lot of who we are in life comes from meeting individuals. We say, I really like this part of Joe and I really like this. Part of the Tom or whatever, and I'm gonna try to become like that.
