Such a useful topic to examine the soundness of your company’s HR policies. Is your worth captured only in numbers? Absoltuely not; you are more than that. But is salary a deal breaker for many of us? Possibly so; especially when we learn how the company spreads rewards and remunerations across the board. An even distribution is impossible; but a fair and transparent one - that should be put into action. Speak up; knowledge is power.
