We have an exciting opportunity with one of the Leading Digital Agency Company - Mumbai Interested candidates can share their updated CV on kajal.vaishnav@flamingoinfinite.com Role: Account Manager - Social Media Experience: 5 to 7 years Qualification: Any Graduate Location: Mumbai (Andheri) Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders. - Regularly meet with clients to understand their business objectives and ensure alignment with social media strategies. Strategy Development: - Collaborate with clients to define their social media goals and create tailored strategies. - Lead brainstorming sessions for campaign ideas, content creation, and social media execution. - Stay up-to-date with social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices to create innovative campaigns. Campaign Management & Execution: - Oversee the execution of social media campaigns from conception to completion. - Monitor the performance of social media accounts across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc. - Optimize social media strategies based on analytics and performance metrics. - Collaborate with content creators, designers, and other teams to ensure campaigns are executed on time and meet brand standards. Reporting & Analytics: - Analyze and report on the performance of social media campaigns. - Provide clients with regular reports, insights, and recommendations for improving social media efforts. - Use social media analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Google Analytics) to track KPIs and adjust strategies as needed. Team Collaboration: - Work closely with internal teams (creative, content, design, and media buying) to ensure campaigns are executed flawlessly. - Provide guidance and mentorship to junior account managers or team members as needed. Budget Management: - Oversee the budgets for client accounts and ensure campaigns are executed within the allocated budget. - Coordinate with clients to approve budgets and allocate resources effectively. Client Education & Training: - Educate clients on social media best practices, tools, and platforms. -Provide training and advice to clients about how to manage their own social media presence if required.
