Celebrating a Century of Life: A Legacy of Connection Reaching 100 years is an incredible milestone in itself. But reaching 100 years surrounded by those whose lives you've touched? That's the true measure of a life well-lived. #LifeGoals Western society often sends the message that aging diminishes our value, pushing our eldest members to the margins. In doing so, we overlook the vast history, wisdom, and perspective our elders carry. By setting aside the eldest among us, we lose a vision of the life we all hope to create. This is a powerful reminder of why #RepresentationMatters—because, as the saying goes, "You can’t be what you can’t see." Imagine if we each had frequent interactions with centenarians. Perhaps the daily pressures of modern life would feel a bit lighter, and we’d focus more on the life we want MOST rather than the life we want NOW. Ask yourself: “Will this matter when I’m 100?” As a new mom, this question feels especially poignant. It keeps the main thing ... the MAIN THING. It challenges me to build a life that endures through the decades—a life that values deep, genuine connections. Now more than ever, the world needs a reason to smile. So, why not give at least one person a reason to smile today? Loving kindness is the key. Want to watch someone's worry disappear, if only for a few precious moments? Loving kindness is the key. No doubt, people have troubles and stress in their lives. Want to show you care? Loving kindness is the key. Take a minute to do something kind for someone, preferably a stranger. Take a minute to make someone smile. And remember, you can't go wrong because we all smile in the same language. Enjoy this video! 😊

“Don’t dream it’s over Hey now, hey now” When I wrote the first ‘Common Grounds’ book back almost 7 years to this day, we really focused on building relationships through cups of coffee and all that surrounds the coffee shop. Overheard conversations in those coffee shops range from people doing business, parents giving instruction to their children, mending of relationships, studying and going over test material, and just enjoying each other’s company. Today I think common grounds mean something little bit different - it means to Care about that other person and their needs. If it means to connect with someone on a different level. What do you have in common? We must not let things that seek to drive us apart Interfere with our care and friendship for the other person. We must guard that with all our being. I do think that serving the other person is an act of humility and love that we need in today’s world. I do believe that there forces in this world that seek to drive us apart. Don’t let them win. “No, they won’t win” “Hey now.” -More later on this **We plan on celebrating with something special in the next couple of weeks as we celebrate the seventh anniversary of my first book, which you can get a signed copy below in the comments.

The March Challenge - How did it go? On 1st March I posted a 30 day challenge. The intention was to test myself for posting, sleeping and new habit creation. 💥 Post daily in some way. 💥 Lights out at 10pm, 4 nights 💥 Scheduling the posts in advance How did I do? I did the 30 days of posting 🎉 Definitely improved the earlier to bed time Managed to get some advance scheduling into my routine. CONCLUSION: Setting a fresh intention focuses the mind in that particular direction. Even if you do not meet the specific measures, there is always movement forward in your desired path of improvement. Did you take up a March Challenge? If so how did you get on?
