Many recruiting agencies don’t want to work with trucking companies with high driver turnover And I totally understand Well, I do and of course the ones who are open to improve Here’s why.. I’m not all about just helping companies find Truck Drivers I’m about developing leaders, Drivers, boosting company morale, cutting recruiting costs, reducing turnovers, increasing profits, and improving the industry as a whole. Our industry don't have a recruiting problem. It's more of a retention problem But I realized not everyone is willing to work with companies at the bottom, everyone wants to work with the top fleets.
