Shout out to Tonic Blooms who have been become my go to florist. The main reason is the quality and beauty of their flowers. They package the bouquet with the most care I have experienced. They texted me informing me that my flowers were going to be there shortly. And then today, they demonstrated the #bestcustomerservice. I had written an email commending them on my beautiful roses but was concerned that perhaps they may not last because some looked yellow at the tips. Not only did they explain that this was a special type of rose and attach a picture of the strain but they sent me a beautiful bouquet of peonies. Let’s be clear- I didn’t complain. In fact, I had given a 5 star review. They had my business. But they did it anyway. And they replied almost immediately. Customer for life.
