It's fascinating (and a bit alarming) to see that while companies are projected to spend nearly $4 trillion on digital transformation by 2027, the leadership gap is holding many back. The Harvard Business Review (HBR) highlighted that only 12% of these transformation efforts lead to lasting results, often due to inefficient leadership. Despite the initial excitement, many companies find their goals perpetually out of reach. Bain & Company's surveys echo this, showing stagnation in meeting transformation goals over the last decade. So, how can we steer our digital transformation efforts toward success? Here are some key takeaways: 1. Active CEO Involvement: Leaders need to show visible enthusiasm for new tech and initiatives. 2. Focused Change: Limit changes to two primary roles at a time to avoid overwhelming the team. 3.
