Look carefully at these 4 pictures Can you find something thats common in all? There's one thing similar in all 4 Come on Give it a try before reading further. Ok, let me tell it. I love 'rolling my sleeves up' thats my default version. When you are a startup founder → rolling up your sleeves isn't an option → it's essential. Rolling up the sleeves mean You need to ↳ lead by example. ↳ get directly involved. ↳ engage in every detail. ↳ handle the tough tasks. It's easy to sit back. Wait for others to do the heavy lifting. But when it comes to startups, 'others' don't exist. It's just you your team and your vision. When its your startup → every sleeve rolled up counts → rolling the sleeve up is an informal dress code Are you also a "roll up the sleeve" person? #RollUpTheSleeve #SleevesUpHeadDown

8moThe common thing I notice is passion: Slide 1 - Passion for Providing to the society (Sharing Knowledge and experiences). Slide 2 - Passion for never taking a break from upskilling and learning. Slide 3 - Passion for taking selfcare, respecting their own soul, mind, body and also the loved ones. Slide 4 - Passion for keeping the head down, putting hours of work into building something. The takeaway here to maintain a flowstate, of being calm, composed and mindful in doing things, to avoid burnout and keep the passion as fresh as possible. Note: Haven’t read the full post yet, let me know how well have I decoded your post sir 😁 Karthik Manikonda
