It was an honor to teach this week and help leaders develop the tools to coach. What does the course look like? We use these questions to frame up some key learning objectives: 1. Who am I? Personality type, world view, personal purpose. 2. Who are we? Group dynamics, emotional intelligence, team work. 3. Who benefits from us? Alignment to organizational mission, vision, and values. With this foundation, we can really dive into good coaching!
We’re transforming leaders, one organization at a time. How can we serve you and your team?
