As pharmacies are increasingly being seen as places to receive minor healthcare, and with new perspectives on community pharmacy emerging on both retailer and consumer ends, that calls for new models and mindsets. Installing pharmacies as a broader location to receive certain types of care (like immunizations, wellness checks, screenings, etc.) can lift a bit of burden off the traditional healthcare system, as well as provide patients with a more accessible and affordable outlet for vital preventative care and treatment of mild ailments. The important aspect of this is that we continue to upgrade and prepare pharmacies for these tasks, instead of expecting them to have these capabilities without providing resources and training. #Pharmacies #PharmacyHealthcare #Healthcare #PatientAccess
