"YES I SAID IT, LEARN TO VALUE YOURSELF" 🤗 🤗 🤗 Never Compromise Who You Are for a Job.👌👌👌 In today’s fast-paced world, it’s easy to get caught up in chasing job titles, promotions, or the next big opportunity. But remember this—jobs are temporary, and what truly defines you is your core values. When I first started out, I was told to "fit in" or "tone down" certain aspects of myself to "succeed." But it wasn’t until I fully embraced who I am, with my unique skills, that I truly began to thrive. I realized that integrity and authenticity are what leave a lasting impact, far beyond any job description. Because when you stay true to yourself, opportunities that match your worth will come. Let’s discuss: Have you ever felt pressured to compromise your values for a job? How did you handle it? 💬 #StayTrue #CareerIntegrity #LydConsult #JobSearchTips #CareerGrowth #PersonalDevelopment #Authenticity #CareerJourney #FreelanceLife

“I feel a greater sense of ownership and control over my career whereas prior to this I mostly went along with what my companies indicated was the best path.” This came from a recent client testimonial and it highlights something that is so normal in our career path. Opportunities fall in our laps, there’s a logical progression in our current job, a past colleague asks us to come work with them and we mostly go along with it. Now, that’s not to say any of that is a bad thing! How awesome that opportunities are coming to you and that people obviously want you on their team. But what often seems to be missing is the component of intentional and deliberate choice. Not only listening to what others think are best for you, but getting to choose for yourself. And if we take it a step further, I want you to not only be open to opportunities that come your way, I want you to become an opportunity creating machine that is proactive with your career. I want you out there articulating what it is you’re up to in this world and the environments you need in order to thrive so that incredibly exciting opportunities are being created. That is where you get ultimate power. You get to choose instead of just going along with what others think is the best path. #rightforyou #careers #motivation #decided #inspiration #success

Nowadays, it is usual fact, that if any candidate who wants to work in corporate or open to looking for opportunity in market, they get it easily on any job portals with specific keywords. To write about this situations on platform like LinkedIn, in a professional manner, you'll want to focus on the experience while avoiding negativity. Here's a structured approach that emphasizes learning and growth, and allows you to share your story without any hesitation. Recently, I saw one of the candidate leaving her position in our company due to mismatch in expectations & challenges in aligning her skills with the role. the company reached out to her and offer a second chance with the promise of different role. Though this opportunity sounded exciting, unfortunately didn't materialize as expected. Despite the outcome, this experience taught a valuable lesson for navigating career path. Firstly understand the job roles deeply, before committing and being open to second chance- even when they don't work out as planned. I'm thankful for the opportunity, to reflect on my skills, & area of improvement, and I look forward to continuing my journey with more clarity about what kind of challenges I want to take on next. #Growth often comes with unexpected turns, and I'm excited about what's Next. #Growthmindset##CarrerDevelopment##Learningjourney##NewOpportnities
