Family court empowers and emboldens abusive parents, the majority of perpetrator parents being male. The court IS a vehicle for gender based violence. It cannot be reformed it must be transformed. Abusers do not love their children. Love does not hurt. Abusers love control and causing pain. Only abusive parents use the family court. No loving parent chooses to step foot in family court. Family court is the sewer of the legal system. Family lawyers are the used car salesmen of the law. It’s a hub of abuse, sadism and capitalism. It’s organised crime.
