On the other hand, many people still avoid talking about menopause. That's why I was so excited to hear Halle Berry's powerful call-out on the issue. I wish more women could hear her and know that this phase can be managed—and that self-care can be a priority. 🌸

HOW ARE YOU SUPPORTING THE MEN IN YOUR WORKFORCE WITH MENOPAUSE?
Don't think you need to? Think again.
Men are:
✅Partners
✅Husbands
✅Sons
✅Leaders
✅Fathers
I meet many men on my menopause awareness programs who are trying to navigate menopause in these different roles and are struggling.
I believe we need men to be informed, included, and aware of menopause so they can support those women, trans men and non-binary colleagues in their lives. Men have a different experience of menopause as they are not going through it physically. HOWEVER, they are going through it emotionally via their relationships.
We need men to be:
✅Advocates; ✅ Sponsors; and ✅ Champions of menopause in the workplace.
What is your organisation doing to build menopause awareness for male leaders? Not got a plan yet? Need one? DM me to have a chat.
