Product Market Fit (PMF) is a series of ‘Aha!’ moments throughout your business’s journey as the product, market, competition, and regulations evolve. I have seen that building a *Holistic* definition, one that includes qualitative aspects of PMF and financial metrics, can help companies measure their Aha! moments. So, in addition to product metrics like Engagement/Retention, which serve as leading indicators of Product Market Fit, you should also consider factors such as: Customer Satisfaction, Organic Growth, Willingness to Pay, a good CAC vs LTV ratio etc. There is no one-definition-that-fits-all, and businesses have to find what best suits their context.
