Gold Coast purpose-built day surgery for sale - Knight Frank Australia A medical building for sale in the heart of the Gold Coast’s business district 18 Marine Parade Southport. The Eye Centre for sale by Knight Frank’s Sam Biggins and Christian Sandstrom. Mr Sam Biggins said strong buyer interest in the property was anticipated, with demand for medical real estate continuing to increase and new investor capital seeking to be deployed into the asset class. “18 Marine Parade will suit investors as well as partial owner-occupiers, with part of the property vacant,” he said. “The long-established nature of the tenant businesses onsite provides for a stable income profile and staggered lease expiry, with the additional opportunity to add value through leasing the balance of the building. Very interesting statistics. Finding the most preventable injuries and spare a LOT of money. We should start investing more in the health-staff and long term health structure of our teams and less in trying to repair the damage already done.
𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐞𝐫 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐠𝐮𝐞: 𝐓𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐇𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐬 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟑-𝟐𝟒 (so far...) ◾ More than a quarter of a billion pounds spent on players' salaries while they were sidelined (£266,165,160) ◽ Kevin De Bruyne (hamstring surgery) was the single costliest injury (£8,057,143) ◾ Hamstring incidence accounts for 25 per cent of all time-loss injuries, with salary expenditure in the region of £83,059,929 ◽ Eleven ACL ruptures surgically repaired: £20,500,000 - 1735 days and counting - typical RTP is around nine-to-ten months. ◾ No team spent more than Manchester United (£39,867,229) on injured players, around 19 per cent of their annual salary budget. #data #PremierLeague #PremierInjuries

Limits are real. —However, limits are not all equal. There are differences between limits beyond our control and the limits we put on ourselves due to misconceptions of ourselves and our capability to do hard things. —In the last 6 months, I’ve had a job pivot, moved across the state, lived in limbo between Nashville and Knoxville for 3 months awaiting an apartment, had dental surgery, and real life was still happening on top of it. We are all capable of SO MUCH MORE than we realize. You have to first believe that you can do hard things, and know that the hardship leads to beautiful growth on the other side. —So leave limits behind. Rome wasn’t built in a day. Reflect on the right now and determine what limitations are and aren’t in your control. Then, choose a next step to remove a limitation and pave a path forward to more. 🖤 #HappyFriday

Attorney Stephen Wagner obtained $3,200,000 at mediation for our client, a 55-year-old union dock worker who was severely injured on the job. Our client was injured while assembling an 80–90-pound section of a temporary metal staircase. He lifted the section above his head to put it in place, and it fell on his right shoulder. He did not fall to the ground. Consequently, the plaintiff underwent neck surgery, lower back surgery, a revision lower back surgery, and an arthroscopic repair to his right shoulder. The plaintiff never returned to work and applied for disability. Mr. Wagner was able to achieve a multi-million-dollar outcome for our client despite several deleterious reports that blamed our client for the incident instead of the defendant construction manager corporation that failed to provide a hoisting device for the undertaking. The defendants also retained engineers who would have testified at trial that the job did not require the use of a hoist and that the plaintiff’s spinal surgeries were necessary due to degeneration, not getting struck by the section of the temporary metal staircase. PCL reconstruction. Thanks to treatment and bracing improvements it’s now not a common operation . I still prefer old skool graft here though - a giant TA allograft with bone block tibia and not a weedy all-inside autograft - discuss This graft is 5 weeks - completely stable knee and already looks well incorporated 2nd look at the ACL reconstruction (I like to stage them in cases of ACL/PCL reconstruction)

Another post within 2weeks. I’m on a roll! Today BAPO Prosthetists and Orthotists are holding the first #Kafocourse of 2024 here at TalarMade Ltd HQ. The photo is not from Dexter. It’s our casting area for this afternoon where 4-6 different techniques will be practiced depending on how much steam our group has.

Please pay attention to the funding agreement. Below, is a screenshot of an agreement (not mine, but another funding companies) that I just bought out. The deal they entered with the other funding company, 3.99% compounding monthly BUT it is Capped…BUT at 4X the borrowed amount. Compounding interest climbs quickly. There are better options out there. For example, I extend much lower, non-compounding simple fixed interest combined with our legendary 2X cap (2.5 Cap on labor Law cases) So, please, pay attention to those funding agreements and make sure your clients don’t get taken advantage of. You work so darn hard to get them the settlement they deserve don’t lose sight on these details along the way. Also, our advances are non-recourse, we don’t get paid back unless you win! If your client is in a bind and needs money for necessities, surgery, etc.…feel free to reach out. Call me on my cell 617-797-0054. If I don’t answer, I’ll call you back. If you prefer email, then Jeffk@5starlegalfunding.com Happy Tuesday and hope you all have a great week!
