Looking for tips on how to determine if you're eligible for the R&D Grant? Well this video is for you! #founder #startup
CEO & Founder at Xsellerate |🚀Providing Go-To-Market support for Startup and Scaleup Founders including Positioning, Marketing and Sales. |🕺Helping Founders connect to the right people to make their Startup sing! 🚀
💲 How do you know if you're eligible for an R&D Grant in Australia? 💲 This is a question I'm often asked by Founders. And it is not necessarily an easy question to answer! That is, unless you're an expert like Binghua Wang! In this interview, Binghua answers all of the tricky questions about what you need to do to be eligible as well as how you can best ensure you have all of the information tracked and available to support your application. "You have to have very good technical innovation in the space in terms of new knowledge" says Binghua "So a good rule of thumb is if you ask your developer is this development going to cause sleepless nights or some emotional pain for them, it's not going to be smooth sailing, that's a pretty good indicator that's eligible for the R&D Grant!" If you'd like to watch the full interview check it out on the Xsellerate Pty Ltd Youtube channel! #governmentgrant #grant #researchanddevelopment #founder #startup

I had a fantastic time discussing the R&D Tax Incentive with Rob Cassidy!🚀 We dived deep into the key eligibility requirements and the important steps every Founder should take to secure this funding. 💡One of the key points, as mentioned in this clip, is that if your dev team is losing sleep over complex technical developments, you’re probably on the right track for R&D eligibility! 😅 Big thanks to Rob for having me on to share insights on R&D Tax Incentive. Check out the full interview on Xsellerate Pty Ltd's YouTube channel for more insights! If you have any questions or want to learn more about the R&D Tax Incentive, feel free to send me a message or book an appointment. A while ago, our co-founder Enis Shehu was invited to participate in a panel of real estate experts, who spoke at Worcester State University, in an event organized by Rootless. It was a fantastic event where many students were able to learn with successful local professionals. Check out this video where Enis tells his story of how he became an investor and touches upon the importance of being a "self-starter." We love giving back to the community by educating the younger generation and hope to participate in many more of these events! . . Are you interested in learning more about angel investment, especially as part of a supportive syndicate? Here are 6 reasons why joining a syndicate might be right for you: 1️⃣ If you don’t have access to startups yourself, a syndicate has access to a high number of deals (3+ new deals every month at AwakenAngels) 2️⃣ If you don’t have any investment experience, you can watch and learn from other members in a syndicate to understand what people like and don’t like about deals and become a smarter investor 3️⃣ If you don’t have time to go through lots of pitch decks, a syndicate will have a filtering process and use the power of the group to narrow down the top opportunities 4️⃣ If you want to invest in founders instead of fund managers, angel investing allows you to select the companies you invest in directly rather than choosing which fund to allocate your money to 5️⃣ If you don’t want to commit capital upfront, a syndicate involves no upfront commitment, you can choose if and when to invest/ not invest (you can get started with AwakenAngels with investments upwards of €/£/$ 2,000 - yes you read that correctly) 6️⃣ If you want to extend your business network, angel syndicates are often full of successful individuals with interesting stories to tell and valuable knowledge to share. Join our Investment Director Denise McQuaid this Friday 2 August for one of her power half hour information sessions - booking via the Eventbrite link below. Our next training cohort (No 4) for newbie angels kicks off on 8 October. We look forward to welcoming you into our community!
