The City is offering leases targeting mixed-use, office, and restaurant spaces, focusing on daytime business activities. The City is organizing a pre-proposal meeting for those interested in exploring the vacant spaces and seeking clarification on the submission process from city staff. Attended the Mid-Year Market Update presented by CCIM Florida Central District today. Very interesting to hear from the panelists about how the Central Florida CRE market is performing and what they expect to see in the future. Here are some interesting points that were discussed: 💡 The divergence between "good" and "bad" office space has become more pronounced. In today's landscape, subpar office spaces are increasingly undesirable, while top-tier spaces are in high demand as tenants prioritize quality environments for their operations. 💡 Social media marketing continues to prove its indispensable role in driving traffic to retail centers, reinforcing its significance in modern marketing strategies. 💡 Within the industrial sector, there's a notable surge in demand for Industrial Outdoor Storage (IOS) and cold storage facilities. Additionally, we can expect industrial landlords to stop holding out for 1 tenant to occupy the entire space, and begin to see them subdividing space. 💡 What we know as the Downtown Central Business District is shifting towards being a "Central Activity District".
