Having been at SAP in 2004 - when SAP made customers move from R3 to ECC - I concur with Kerry’s insights on how to construct and run a better migration. Process intelligence is the force multiplier for S/4HANA migration. It helps create a tighter set of project parameters and drives adoption and conformance, which is what really generates business value.
