No better place to be on a rainy afternoon than at Pegasus Park in deep connecting conversations. Discussing how we serve our city and its citizens through meaningful grassroots, boots-on-the-ground efforts that are funded, leaders accountable, results measured and data available to the public, and if successful-then scalable —was truly refreshing. New pathways across the city in public-private partnerships are needed as nonprofit organizations adjust to major philanthropic shakeups, locally. It’s impacting direct services. We must break through barriers to get to the needy in real time, as it’s still a challenge that we must overcome. How can we get better at this? We do so many things well and in collaboration. #getbacktograssroots #askus #nonprofitleaders #collectiveknowledge #realconversations
