Step Aside!…Sometimes as servant leaders, the most empowering thing we can do to nurture the unique brilliance within those with whom we have the honor to influence is to step aside. To communicate our confidence in their ability to course correct and identify their unique brilliance in times of change by affording them the room to find their footing and rise to the occasion having engaged their internal sense of fortitude. #leadwell #servantleader #changeagent #leadership

Grinding thoughts from the “War Room” Today! Exemplary leaders don't demand respect; they earn it through their consistent actions and unwavering integrity. By setting a standard of excellence and leading by example, they inspire those around them to strive for greatness. Their humility and dedication to their team's success create a culture of respect and collaboration, where everyone feels valued and motivated to contribute their best. — This post was brought to you by: Jason Miller, AKA: Jason “The Bull” Miller, Founder/CEO and Senior Global Managing Partner of the Strategic Advisor Board #StrategicAdvicorBoard #businessstrategies #businesssuccess #leadership

I really like how Eric Partaker lays out the 7 clear signs of a great leader. I appreciate the tangibility of these signs as well. They clearly point to specific attributes of a leader that respects and encourages their employees, cares about who they are as humans, and is able to handle challenges with grace. If you're a current leader, how would your employees answer these if asked in a survey? What do you think they would say...? This could be a great practice for you as a leader to check in on periodically as you continue to grow and change with your leadership journey. #leadership #employeeretention #humancenteredworkplaces Sara K. In most cases, the louder the voice and the stronger the opinion, the poorer the leadership skills. Good leaders do not need to shout or assert control to get things done. They inspire people to do things for the common good. #EarnYourLeadership #ServantLeadership #GoodLeadersInspire #Leadership
